Shipping and Delivery
Standard Shipping
We cannot determine at the time of your purchase what carrier will be used, so we strongly recommend you use a shipping address that can receive both USPS and deliveries from private carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
2-Day Shipping
UPS or FedEx. Please note there is no weekend or holiday delivery.
Military addresses
USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please make sure to indicate USA as the Country on your Shipping Address for military addresses.
Canada
We use Canadian Post and regional logistics partners, utilizing a local Printful fulfillment and dropshipping facility near Toronto (Mississauga, Ontario) for domestic processing. Tracking numbers are currently not available.
All Other Countries
Most shipments will arrive in 7-14 business days, however depending on destination please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please note that you are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties required in your location upon delivery.
P.O. Boxes
We cannot accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address, except military addresses. If you do not receive U.S. Mail at your home address, please be aware that if you select Ground shipping, your package may be shipped with USPS.
Weather Delays
Once your package is in transit, please note that your order may be delayed due to inclement weather occurring along the shipment route, regardless of shipment method. We are not responsible for these delays.
2026 Holiday Shipping Deadlines:
Due to occasional delays across all major shipping carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery before December 25th regardless of when orders are placed. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. However, following the guidance below will provide the best chance for delivery before December 25th.
For orders with Standard Shipping, please order no later than December 12, 2026 at 11:59 pm Pacific Time.
International Shipping:
We appreciate the business from our international customers. Please be aware that the items in your order must not be prohibited by embargo or international restrictions. We are not responsible for orders confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state and we suggest you check with your local customs office regarding import laws before you place your order.
Please note that, in addition to the shipping charge, customers shipping to locations outside the U.S. are responsible for paying all costs associated with importing the order, including all taxes, fees and/or duties. Import fees will be billed to you by the carrier fulfilling your shipment. The listed shipping cost covers the cost of shipping only.
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders, including orders for which you are unable or unwilling to pay the additional duties and taxes which your government requires.
